Are the crystals pictured the exact ones I will receive?

Nature is unique. While your crystal will be the same size and quality as the one pictured, please expect slight variations in color, pattern, and internal 'fire.' Each piece is one-of-a-kind, just like you.

How long does shipping take?

We have updated our shipping process to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Most domestic orders are delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

How do I cleanse my crystals when they arrive?

We recommend cleansing every new crystal before working with it to clear any energy from transit. Common methods include full moonlight, smoke cleansing with sage or palo santo, sound cleansing with a singing bowl or bells, or resting them on selenite overnight. Trust your practice there's no wrong way.
